Rick Wiles has never met a conspiracy theory he didn’t like or wouldn’t promote. In fact, he promotes contradictory conspiracy theories on a regular basis. It doesn’t matter to him that all the conspiracy theories he pimps contradict each other, as long as he gets to say something bad about everyone that isn’t a super-fundie-Fundagelical. What brought him to my attention was his recent comments about the mass shootings. More on that later.

Wiles runs TruNews. Considering the content on the website, the name seems odd. I’m guessing it means if you find anything true, it would be news. He recently asked his supporters for $100,000,000. Right Wing Watch reports that he needs the money to take his message global.

Shall we see what his message is? Wiles has stated that Muslims must be stamped out like cockroaches.  He claims that Muslims are demon possed and that God is using them to punish America for abortion.

Wiles wasn’t a fan of President Obama. According to him, Obama was a literal demon from hell, a black jihadist, was planning to kill millions of American resisters in a “blood cleansing,” even more than Pol Pot, Stalin or Mao. Wiles claimed that Obama killed Justice Antonin Scalia as a pagan sacrifice. (Obama is Muslim and Pagan at the same time?) He also said that Obama would create an army of zombie cannibals.

Wiles is an equal opportunity hater. He frequently peddles conspiracy theories that include the Gays, the Illuminati, Freemasons, and the Jews. How can he be considered prejudice when he hates everyone?

Speaking of Jews, Wiles is hardcore anti-Semite. The Anti_Defamation League put together short clips from his TruNews program that shows some of his milder attacks.

He claims that after the recent mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton,  that the Jews will use red flag laws (Laws that would take guns away from people who present red flags such as mental illness) to disarm Christians.

He even hates vegetarians.

Let’s summarize, vegetarian burgers will change your human DNA so you can’t be born again. It’s a demonic plot. Ummm . . . I’m looking through my Bible for that verse, but satanic time-travelers using the CERN Hadron Collider must have altered my King James because I can’t find it anywhere.

If you wonder why people are giving up on the Church, it’s because the Church isn’t calling these fraudsters and hatemongers out on their BS. Progressives and Mainline Christians have been quiet for too long and allowed Fundagelicals to become the face of Christianity. Rick Wiles represents Christianity about as well as the Amish represent the 21st century. After watching his show, I understand where my Crazy Great Auntie Griselda gets her information. I’m cutting off her access to the internet and buying her the complete Matlock on DVD.
